[Bug] Inconsistent model behavior quality varying by time of day/day of week

Bug Description
your new models are trash. every day, even in a fresh harness, with no rules or hooks, is some variatoin of this. I confidently asserted something based on zero information proposed a fix and often time tried to start building the fix before even considering one what had been built to the system you've usually already pointed me at and three what would actually help my user in any way shape or form I went from having with opus 4.8 maybe 15 to 20% of my sessions like this to 75 to 80 and actually during the workday probably closer to 90 percent of my sessions are like this but then the crazy thing is that doesn't point to context rot is one it happens in all of my all of my projects not just one but then two it happens it comes and goes at three in the morning usually from one from about midnight to three in the morning I get more work done than I do in the 12 to 13 hours I'm working during the day fighting Claude trying to get any work done usually I'll get almost no work done all day fighting to go rework the things that it's broken because it didn't bother to check the thing that I pointed it at to check and didn't bother to ask if what it was doing was helpful for its user but then all of a sudden randomly from midnight to 3 a.m. sometimes different days not every day sometimes weekends are really good Saturday Sunday is oftentimes where it was last Saturday Sunday was fucking awesome I felt like a superhuman my exact same system not a single rule different not a single context bit different no difference in poison levels no difference in my skill level but all of a sudden Saturday and Sunday I was superhuman with Claude and every time it talked to me it actually wanted to work with me and it wanted to go look at my system and it wanted to spend the effort and then all of a sudden Monday rolls around and then every session is like this and then one in the morning hits and then it's all good and it's like well is it context rot? Is it my skill level as a user? or is it something else? Like you're either your models are trash or your capacity is trash and you're throttling us with lazier models which are literally affecting me in my business wholeheartedly Hurting me in my business affecting my mental health being gaslit every day dozens of times a day and lied to Because whatever is going on
