[Bug] VSCode Extension: Restricted User Interaction and Workflow Limitations

Bug Description
I am using VSCODE and you totally restricted how i use claude code i can't exit it and then run bypass mode you made this really impossible to use it's horrible, you just limited it and now there is no way to use claude code properly in the IDE how i used to use it befor eit's impossible i had a perfect set up and now you just made to be all LOCKED up so users can't do what they want.

This is the worst update i've ever seen you do so far
None of the slash / commands now work that i want to use in the IDE, i can't exit it and retart it you are making it too polished and restrictive what a mess
