[Bug] Unexpected model downgrade to Opus 4.8 for non-restricted use case

Bug Description
why i{m being switched to opus 4.8, i have more than a year developing this tools there's no cybersecurity threads o biology tasks involved on this, just a tool that allow us to create agents capable to comnunicate and create simple tool to users and small business companies
