[Bug] Claude Code generates fabricated data in analysis results

Bug Description
In case dario amodei or anyone else from the improvements team sees this comment they need to improve claude code's trustworthiness. I cannot conduct proper analyses online if I get fabricated data. I understand that the whole internet has 403'd claude and you cannot crawl anything but this needs to change ASAP bc claudecode is inventing data and this can hurt Anthropic's reputation in the long run. Take that note, and if this feedback reaches anyone it will prove vital
