Scheduled tasks sidebar only shows 2 of N routines; rest flash briefly when switching Home ↔ Code

Only 2 scheduled tasks/routines are visible in the left sidebar task bar. The remaining ones exist and are confirmed intact on the backend (verified via the scheduled-tasks list — all present, correct schedules, correct enabled/disabled state), but they don't render persistently in the sidebar. They flash briefly and disappear when switching between the Home and Code views.

Expected: All scheduled tasks/routines should render persistently in the sidebar, matching what the backend actually has.

Actual: Only 2 show up. Others appear momentarily during a Home↔Code view transition, then vanish from the list.
