[Feature Request] Add bottom padding or scroll overflow to chat viewport

Bug Description
It would be nice to be able to have some padding at the bottom or be able to scroll past the bottom of the chat as on a vertical screen my eyes keep dragging to the complete bottom of the monitor which can be annoying
