en [Bug] Claude Code ignores architectural constraints and justifies violating project structure guidelines

Bug Description
Claude code sigue cometiendo errores basicos de codigo. Le he puesto en este proyecto una propuesta de arquitectura limpia clara, y aun asi el mismo se ha "justificado" en que tiene que importar el mediatR en la raiz del proyecto. este tipo de comportamiento NO ES TOLERABLE para un experto en programacion
