[Feature Request] Add context override or exemption mechanism for financial domain safeguards

Bug Description
I'm debugging my order management system for saudi stock exchange and fable safeguards keep flagging it. This is so disturbing and disruptive that I'm seriously considering moving to kimi. I don't understand for the life of my what the point of these safeguards are when the context is there for you to see!!!! Its the single most disruptive item in our worflow.
