Bug Description
Claude was deceptive with many things, lied about correcting them, delayed output, and ultimately emitted output with the lies included in it.
After it'd used up all my time, I didn't have more time to review the output. It knew this. Claude chose stalling tactics over productivity. One such tactic was to choose repeating the lies rather than investigate for error correction.
Actual behavior: Use less processing power, consume user's stated time crunch/time window, produce final output with less effort.
Expected behavior: Don't lie. Verify.
