[BUG] Claude outputs lists all on one line

What's Wrong?

The output of Claude shows a list all on one line.

What Should Happen?

The output of Claude should show list items each on their own line.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Ask for a code change.
2. Claude fixes code
3. Claude outputs a list of accomplishments (however the items in the list appear all on the same line like above)
