[BUG] VS Code extension reloads in sidebar every close/open

What's Wrong?

Claude Code: Open in sidebar command opens a sidebar with CC inside.
Hiding the bar or switching to another tab (let's say to lookup a file or version control sidebar) completely resets Claude Code state.

VSC Extension version: 2.0.1

What Should Happen?

The bar should continue working in background

Steps to Reproduce

1. Run VSC command Claude Code: Open in sidebar to open the sidebar with CC
2. Start some coding session
3. Hide the sidebar or switch to Explorer (or any other tab in the same sidebar group)
4. Open CC sidebar again: session has been stopped
