Suggested replies can offer session-ending replies ("stop") — habitual chip use sends them by accident

Suggested-reply chips almost always carry affirmative text ("yes", "carry on", "approve"), so users learn to click them as agreement. In a session where the assistant asked a deliberate two-sided question ("Carry on, or stop here?"), a chip offered the bare reply "stop", and it was sent by accident out of that habit — ending a workflow the user intended to continue. Notably, the current multi-step flow (click to focus the input, Tab, Enter) did not prevent the accident: the habit of treating chips as agreement is what fires them.

Suggestion: exclude terminal/destructive replies (stop, cancel, delete, discard) from chip generation, or require confirmation for them.
