[FEATURE] Option to permanently disable the preview tab

Preflight Checklist

Problem Statement

The preview tab is

• Buggy
• Slow
• Constantly opening without me asking
• Unnecessary, I have an operating system

I just want it turned off. Open files in the proper application when I click them.

Proposed Solution

Let users disable the preview function entirely.
