[BUG] New GUI missing items

What's Wrong?

With the new VSCode extension GUI, I find that a couple of key features are missing:

• Easily attach a file or folder to the chat by click + shift drag and drop
• Custom status lines are gone with the new GUI and I feel that this is a huge miss since many developers invested a substantial amount of work in order to customize the CC experience.

What Should Happen?

Give the users back to option to drag and drop files from the IDE explorer directly to the chat and give the users back the capability to display the custom statusline.
