[BUG] New sessions land in "Ungrouped" instead of selected project group (Desktop, Windows)

What's Wrong?

Resumen del problema:
En la app de escritorio de Claude Code (Windows), las sesiones nuevas no se agrupan automáticamente en el proyecto correcto, incluso cuando el chip de "carpeta activa" en la caja de texto muestra el proyecto correcto (ej: "Primera Landing Page"). Al enviar el primer mensaje, la sesión nueva aparece igual bajo "Sin grupo" en la barra lateral, en vez de agruparse junto a las demás sesiones de ese proyecto.

Pasos para reproducir:

Tener un proyecto/grupo ya creado en la barra lateral (ej: "Primera Landing Page") con al menos una sesión adentro.
Hacer clic en "+ Nuevo".
Confirmar que el chip de la caja de texto muestra el proyecto correcto.
Escribir cualquier mensaje y enviarlo.

Resultado actual: la sesión nueva se crea bajo "Sin grupo", pese a que el chip mostraba el proyecto correcto.

Resultado esperado: la sesión nueva debería agruparse automáticamente bajo el proyecto seleccionado en el chip, sin necesitar mover manualmente cada sesión con clic derecho → "Mover al grupo".

Extra: el botón "+" para crear una sesión directamente desde el encabezado del grupo (que aparece en tutoriales/documentación oficial) no está visible ni disponible en mi versión de la app.
What's Wrong?
In the Claude Code Desktop app (Windows), new sessions are not automatically grouped into the correct project, even when the "active folder" chip in the input box shows the correct project (e.g. "Primera Landing Page"). After sending the first message, the new session still appears under "Ungrouped" in the sidebar, instead of being grouped alongside the other sessions for that project.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Have an existing project/group in the sidebar (e.g. "Primera Landing Page") with at least one session inside it.
2. Click "+ New".
3. Confirm the chip in the input box shows the correct project.
4. Type any message and send it.

Actual behavior:
The new session is created under "Ungrouped," even though the chip showed the correct project.

Expected behavior:
The new session should automatically group under the project selected in the chip, without needing to manually move each session via right-click → "Move to group."

Additional notes:
The "+" button to create a new session directly from the group header (as shown in official tutorials/documentation) is not visible or available in my version of the app.
