[FEATURE] Allow new tabs to open into a selected tab group instead of always "Ungrouped"

Problem Statement

I organize my tabs into custom tab groups, with one called "current" for the tabs I'm
actively working on. Every new tab I create always lands in "Ungrouped", and there's no
way to change that. I have to manually drag each new tab into my group every time, which
adds constant friction.

Proposed Solution

Add a way to set a default tab group for newly created tabs. Possible approaches:

• A setting like "Open new tabs in: [group dropdown]"
• A per-group option such as "Make this the default group" / "Add new tabs here"
• Remember the last group used and open new tabs there

Any of these would let new tabs go straight into my chosen group instead of "Ungrouped".
