[FEATURE] Please indicate when Claude is waiting in detailed transcript view

Problem Statement

I both:

• verify Claude's changes for each task, and
• use the ctrl-O view to see what is happening

Unfortunately, I can't see when Claude is prompting for input from the detailed transcript view. This is a request for some sort of simple indicator that Claude needs input in the detailed transcript view.

Proposed Solution

Make a visible indicator in the detailed transcript view when Claude is waiting for input.
