[Bug] Model fallback to Claude 3.5 Sonnet prevents Claude 3.5 Opus usage in chat sessions

Bug Description
Seriously its keep falling back to opus4.8 even at safe messages that way i cannot use opus5 at all in this chat, and this chat/session is primary for me for everything everday, this way i wont be able to use opsu5 wtf this is antropic, please fix this
