What You Asked Claude to Do

i ask for improvements and revise for the software yet it makes an essay it has the previous chats now i got full wasted my 14% and my time on this instead it update the software it creates essay what a mess it's bugging and misineterpreted my message

What Claude Actually Did

1. create an essay which is unrelated
2. created website point for the report that is worthless
3. it never follows the previous converstation and never do scanned
4. just directly do input it's because automated full version

Expected Behavior

Claude should have doen:

1. update the software code
2. make report and documentation about the code
3. bad interpration
