one unified Artifacts library across surfaces

Problem Statement

Artifacts published from Claude Code (web) only appear at claude.ai/code/artifacts.
The mobile app's Artifacts tab only shows artifacts from regular chats, and Project
Files can't receive anything from a Claude Code session.

Proposed Solution

As a user I expected a single Artifacts library. Please unify these galleries —
or at least show Claude Code artifacts in the app's Artifacts tab, and/or let a
Claude Code session attach a file to a Project.
