Unified chat history across all Claude surfaces (claude.ai, Claude Code, Cursor, VS Code)

Problem Statement

As a Claude Pro subscriber, I use Claude across multiple surfaces — claude.ai browser, Claude Code in VS Code, and Cursor. Each surface stores conversations independently (or not at all). There is no way to access or reference a past session from a different surface.

Proposed Solution

A unified conversation history synced to my Claude account, accessible from claude.ai. All sessions — regardless of surface — should be viewable, searchable, and referenceable from the browser.

Use Case Example

I was working on a Laravel project using Claude Code in VS Code on my laptop. Later, away from my laptop, I needed to reference the solution we discussed. There was no way to access that conversation from claude.ai on my phone or another machine.

Additional Context

Claude already has memory features on claude.ai. Extending this to sync full session transcripts from Claude Code and other surfaces would complete the experience for power users. This is especially valuable for developers using Claude agentically across multiple environments.
