[Bug] Excessive safeguard interruptions on minimal prompts like "continue"

Bug Description
Fable constantly interrupts with message to edit prompt, because of safeguards. My prompt is a single word "continue", nothing else. What sort of safeguards are these? This is ridiculous, counter-productive and must stop!
