[Bug] Excessive token consumption on Max plan - 15% rate limit after minimal usage

Bug Description
My limit was reset at 1 am on Apr 3, and I just asked one question and a minor change in the python code. It consumed 15% of my rate. its not even been 5 minutes working on claude. I am using the Max plan. PLease check it up and get it working
