[Bug] Anthropic API Error: Overly aggressive safety filtering for HACCP food safety content

Bug Description
Everything related to HACCP plans even with specific instruction that the content is specifically related to retail food establishments is automatically flagged in Fable and partially flagged in Opus. This has nothing to do with generating bio weapons I just want to make food safely why is this happening?
