[Bug] Claude Code unexpectedly switches model from Opus 5 to Opus 4.8 during code review task

Bug Description
This is dumb guys. This is the prompt I used, "Opus has created this app so far and we've come a long ways. I want you to run a /code-review on this project. I want to emphasize security, making sure that we're OWASP compliant. I think Opus may have gotten wordy and probaly didn't simplify as much as I wanted to. Look for ways to simplify as much as possible. Retain usability and features, but let's make sure Opus didn't leave us with a cow with six legs if you get my drift." Fable complained with the cybersecurity and biology message and switched to Opus 4.8. I create this with Opus 5, so this is not helpful.
