[Bug] Text rewrites instead of scrolling when typing past horizontal line in chat input

Bug Description
I have been writing longer text after Chat more confirmation which resulted in rewriting of the text once I reached remaining lines after the horizontal line. The last line didn't invoke next scrolling but rewriting of the text on the last line again. The text was written but I didn't see what I was writing.
