Bug Description
"Error: Task bh5jebwny is not running (status: completed)" caused a
"Fable 5's safeguards flagged this message."
At this point, this was the wrong decision. It wasn't an issue, and I don't know why it was marked as a security issue that changed the model from Fable 5 to Opus 5.
