Title: Cowork tab not appearing on Desktop (Pro plan, Apple Pay payment, yukonSilver bug)

Description:

Environment:

OS: Windows 11 Pro
Claude Desktop: Latest version
Plan: Pro (confirmed at claude.ai/account)
Payment: Apple Pay via mobile (yesterday)
Location: Kazakhstan

Problem:
Cowork tab does not appear as separate tab in Claude Desktop. Only Chat/Cowork toggle inside Chat tab (Free plan behavior).

Billing Status:

Pro plan is active at claude.ai/account
Payment processed successfully via Apple Pay yesterday
Web version (claude.ai) correctly shows Pro
Desktop app not synced - still shows Free plan behavior

What I've tried:

Reinstalled Claude Desktop 10+ times
Full uninstall with %APPDATA% and %LOCALAPPDATA% cleanup
Verified Windows 11 Pro, Hyper-V enabled
vmcompute, hns, CoworkVMService all running
Account verified as Pro at claude.ai/account

Expected: Three separate tabs (Home, Cowork, Code)
Actual: Two tabs (Home, Code) with toggle inside Chat

This appears to be the yukonSilver platform detection bug + account sync issue after Apple Pay payment from mobile.
