Claude modified files I didn't ask it to modify

What You Asked Claude to Do

I asked Claude to put my content into my site without adjusting (cut/adjust/add/others) the original content.

What Claude Actually Did

Claude adjusted my content, it made me to prompt again and lost the credits to put the original content back.

Expected Behavior

No adjust my original content

Files Affected

I spent a lot my credit unneccessarily for recover content by prompt it again, I want my credits back

Permission Mode

Accept Edits was ON (auto-accepting changes)

Yes, every time with the same prompt
