What's Wrong?
In Claude Code VS Code extension, when clicking the "Session History" button in the top-right corner to view history, no records are displayed — only the current session shows up.
VS Code version: 1.122.1 Claude Code version: 2.1.220
What Should Happen?
It is expected that by clicking on "Session History" in the upper-right corner, all previous records can be retrieved
