[Bug] Incorrect Directory Navigation: Fails to Use Relative Path Traversal

Bug Description
When working in a monorepo, Claude seems to have no idea which directory it is in. It's lost in ./backend/ folder but it should go to ./frontend/. However it tries to cd ./frontend when it should be doing cd ../frontend. I guess the model is not given any context which directory it is in with the open Bash session
