[BUG] Claude deploys changes to production immediately without asking permission

What's Wrong?

Bug Description
I was running an experiment with a new model and Claude deployed it to production immediately. I'm still in early development so no harm done, but it makes me very worried.

The feedback id contains the conversation transcript, so that's enough for a repro, right?

It should be more careful and only deploy to production with consent, unless explicitly instructed to.
