Bug Description
Claude Pro session and weekly usage consumed without activity My Claude Pro usage appears to be consumed without corresponding Claude activity. My 5-hour session repeatedly reaches 100% even when I haven't used Claude. Weekly usage previously went from 16% to 57%. After the weekly reset, it reached 21% while my session was again 100%. A fresh Claude Code session showed 0 input, 0 output, 0 cache read/write, and 0s API duration while the account-level session limit was already 100%. Environment: Windows 11 Claude Code 2.1.217 claude doctor: no installation issues I reproduced this in a new empty directory, and Claude.ai shows the same usage state. Please investigate what account activity is consuming these limits. This has prevented me from properly using my paid Claude Pro subscription for several days.
