You've hit your limit · resets 10:30am (Asia/Calcutta)

Bug Description
Upgraded to Max plan but immediately hitting rate limits with 0% usage shown. Terminal /status shows no usage consumed, but every request returns "You've hit your limit · resets 10:30am (Asia/Calcutta)". Logging out and back in on claude.ai did not resolve the issue. Subscription should be recognized as Max but rate limiter appears to still be applying old/free tier limits. Please investigate my account's rate limit tier assignment.
