Bug Description
Fable is constantly forgetting steps I've spent hours trying to get it to remember, putting it everywhere it indicates it'll look - I'm wasting days of time at this point trying to get it to run simple QA checks before pushing things to PRs, and it just can't seem to remember to do it.
