[BUG] VS Code Chat Sessions Right Hand Column

What's Wrong?

I am using VS Code with Claude Code extension/. My sessions used to appear in the right hand column so I could go back to them later on if I wanted to. Now, I only have one showing from 6 days ago with nothing else even though I have tons of recent sessions.

What Should Happen?

After I am done with a session in claude code within VS Code and close it. It should appear as a session in the chat on the right side column of VS Code
