[FEATURE] TodoWrite items in the right-hand Tasks pane, not just inline in the conversation.

Problem Statement

This amazing new world of the riff-and-refine workflow we currently find ourselves in (where the scope of an "idea" shifts/expands/contracts as we chat within a session) would make a live, editable task list in the panel incredibly useful. I know we have this inline but to be able to see things get added, crossed off, reprioritised in real time as the conversation evolves would be lovely.
