Feature request: default the transcript view to show extended thinking expanded

Currently, extended thinking/reasoning content in the Claude Code transcript is not shown expanded by default — I have to check per session/message. \/effort\ and \effortLevel\ in \settings.json\ control how much thinking is generated, but there's no equivalent setting for whether it's displayed by default in the transcript.

Request: Add a setting (e.g. a \settings.json\ key or a \/config\ option) that lets users default the transcript view to show thinking blocks expanded, rather than needing to toggle visibility manually each time.
