[BUG] extended usage

What's Wrong?

i noticed i have usage alot more than i should with a pro abo because when you hit weekly limit and usage limitt at the same time to 100% and then go into a claude agent and give him a task he works for me he worked for 31.6K tokens before stopping with the usual limit prompt but then i could spam him again and again and he would give 1 letter so if i tell him to write a letter in a md file he would do it so i could just speak with him further then i should even if its just letter by letter

What Should Happen?

I think the agent shouldnt exactly just continue working in letter by letter

Steps to Reproduce

chat with claude about coding or something tell him to do a task in an agent a large one that takes time at around 95% usage and weekly limit then reach ussage and weekly limit at the same time to 100% and then go into the agent and chat with him (that is how i did it scince i reached my limit i havent tried reproducing yet)
