[Feature Request] Add model selection lock to prevent automatic switching from Fable to Opus

Bug Description
you are trying to change all the time from fable to opus, and its nothing related to cyber security this is a pain in the ass. im using claude as orchestrator for a big project just because of fable. so just stop doing it. i dont want opus. im not paying a premium plan for that
