[Bug] Model override from iOS app registers as custom model, causing false context overflow warnings

Bug Description
When you change model from Claude app(ios) in my case from Opus 4.8 to 5 --> registers as custom model with 200k context and claude code keeps showing warning of overflow context.
Not sure if bug ?
