[Bug] Context Overflow with Large Projects Causing Retrieval Failure

**Bug Description**
With a large number of commits in a team, context overflow occurs immediately, even after a PR. To resolve the issue, you need to delete the remote project resource and re-check it with Git. To reproduce, have a sufficiently large project and many commits or files within a commit.
