[Bug] `/simplify` command hangs waiting for subagents and spawns unintended `/loop`

Bug Description
After finishing a PR I ran /simplify and it got lost and opened up an empty question box (later it told me it was trying to wait for its subagents). After that, it started a /loop on its own, to wait for god knows what, consuming tokens.
