[BUG] Summaries are always cut off relatively short even when using a very wide terminal

What's Wrong?

When I run /resume or claude --resume, the Summary column contains descriptions that appear to be cut off at about 50 characters, regardless of how wide my terminal is.

What Should Happen?

Longer descriptions should be displayed if the terminal width can acommodate it.
