[BUG] TUI cut, unable to view full message

Resolved 💬 5 comments Opened Dec 7, 2025 by kjunghoan Closed Feb 7, 2026

Preflight Checklist

  • [x] I have searched existing issues and this hasn't been reported yet
  • [x] This is a single bug report (please file separate reports for different bugs)
  • [x] I am using the latest version of Claude Code

What's Wrong?

Immediately after updating to the latest version, claude would only take up the top 2/5- 1/2 of the full terminal height.

On a related note, in the case I am in tmux, if I change the height of any panes the history gets cut off such that I am unable to scroll up at all.

If it is relevant, I primarily work over SSH to a local machine for everything.

What Should Happen?

Claude should take up most if not all of the available space
