[FEATURE] Usage refresh button in claude mobile app

Problem Statement

In mobile claude app, there's no refresh button to refresh the state of usage. I need to close the usage window and click usage again to see the updated usage.

Proposed Solution

There should be a refresh button on right top or at the bottom, like current pc version claude app has.
