[FEATURE] Feature Request: spinnerVerbs setting support in VSCode extension

Problem Statement

Currently, the spinnerVerbs setting in settings.json only applies
to the CLI version. The VSCode extension ignores this setting and
always shows default English spinner verbs (e.g., "Frolicking").

Proposed Solution

Expected: spinnerVerbs should also apply in the VSCode extension
so non-English users can localize the spinner text consistently
across all environments.
