VSCode/VSCodium extension should respect spinnerVerbs setting

The spinnerVerbs setting works in the terminal CLI but is ignored by the VSCode/VSCodium extension. The extension has a hardcoded verb list in its bundled webview JS (including whimsical entries like "Booping", "Flibbertigibbeting", "Wibbling", etc.) with no way to override them.

Some users prefer more professional/serious spinner verbs. The CLI already supports customization via spinnerVerbs in settings.json — the extension should respect the same setting.
