[Bug] Model switching during single-turn planning task causes confusion about which model generated content

Bug Description
im asking claude to plan on rewriting my old project to latest version for that planning only used fable 5 and i got the message saying Claude switched models which is disappoiting when i didnt do anything wrong and now i dont know which model wrote which file
