[BUG] Regarding the issue of claude code output style confusion

What's Wrong?

I have reinstalled Claude Code several times, and I even reinstalled Node.js and Git. After uninstalling, I downloaded and launched them again, but the issue still hasn't been resolved. The formatting becomes messy and hard to read whenever I input or output anything. Please help me solve this problem. Thank you so much!
